Dr Gadre came by this evening and decided we will stay again tonight. In the morning they will recheck his left ear, if it still looks infected they will do surgery and replace his tube (because it is blocked). If it looks better we will get to go home! Luke is still on strong antibiotics just in case but we are moving ahead with the assumption that the left ear is what caused the fever spike.
Luke is a little perked up, he had several visitors tonight- Brad an Aaron, grandma Van Bree and aunt Barb. We even got to take him on a little walk to the vending machines to get a treat! We had a wonderful nurse Sarah this afternoon- a great blessing after last night!
