Yep, you read that right, 13th birthday! My dad is a leap day baby and this was only his 13th time to actually have a birthday! It also worked out that my cousin was turning 13 within the same month so we had a double 13th birthday party at a really fun indoor go kart track. Happy Birthday Grandpa and Seth!
