We survived Hurriane Ike in Southern Indiana!

Unfortunately our 6 foot white vinyl privacy fence...did not survive! In this picture you can see the few shingles messed up over the garage, and all those white posts used to have panels between them. It also messed up the siding on this side, it bowed it out in a few places. If you look close you can even see the neighbor's swing set/fort that got turned over! The panels were flying off like Frisbees or "flying death articles" as Joe's co-worker called them! One smacked into our neighbors house and broke 1 window, 2 screens, and dented their sofit and destroyed a few shingles. Another went over 2 houses and into the road behind us. I just knew I was going to watch my hubby be decapitated as he was chasing them down throughout the neighborhood, but luckily 2 of our neighbors came over and helped retrieve the panels and stack them behind the house. We are blessed to all be safe and sound, the house is just a house!
